RSGB Contest Results 144MHz Low Power 2018

After considering feedback from entrants, the rules for the Low Power Contests were changed this year to ban the use of the ON4KST chat facility. This change was almost universally adhered to, except for one station, who has therefore unfortunately had to be excluded from the results. There was little feedback on this change, if you do have any observations on how this change affected the contest, for good or bad, please email the adjudicator.

Entries levels were on par with last year, although overall there were fewer stations active. Conditions were generally reported as about average, but some excellent DX was worked including EA8.
